General Requirements

  • Physically and mentally healthy;
  • Good conduct as evidenced by a valid SKCK (Certificate of Good Conduct);
  • Not involved in drugs and psychotropic substances;
  • Never been sentenced to prison based on permanent legal force;
  • Never experienced termination of employment due to early retirement, at their own request, and disciplinary punishment as a permanent employee at the Company/Parent Company/other subsidiaries/joint ventures/affiliated companies in the KAI group;
  • Never been dismissed from the Company or other institutions due to disciplinary action;
  • No tattoos;
  • Have English language certification TOEFL ITP = 500 / TOEFL IBT = 61 / IELTS = 5.5 / TOEIC = 500 (a plus);
  • Willing to be assigned to any work location within the Company;
  • Possess an “A” accreditation for the study program at the time of graduation from BAN-PT or the National Accreditation Agency; and
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.25.

  • Possess a Construction Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Konstruksi) certification;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SHE;
  • Able to perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC) to identify risks and estimate mitigation costs;
  • Basic knowledge of construction processes, such as structural, mechanical, or electrical work;
  • Able to communicate with the project team, workers, and stakeholders to explain SHE requirements and provide basic K3 training; and
  • Able to calculate the costs of implementing work safety and health and environmental programs.
