GCG: Our Commitment

As of December 31, 2024, the Company has not yet established a dedicated governance structure specifically responsible for implementing sustainability programs. Nevertheless, the Board of Directors plays a central role in initiating, monitoring, directing, and evaluating the implementation of sustainability practices carried out by the Corporate Secretary as the executor of sustainability programs. The Company is committed to continuously applying and improving best practice GCG principles across all organizational levels by establishing and enhancing its governance organs to support business growth while taking into account Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects. This commitment is believed not only to strengthen the Company’s management processes and mechanisms but also to enhance the implementation of sustainability principles in the future.
