CSR: 17 SDGs Implementation

The Company does not yet have a dedicated governance structure to implement its sustainability program. However, the Board of Directors plays a full role in initiating, monitoring, directing, and evaluating the implementation of sustainability practices carried out by the Corporate Secretary, who implements the sustainability program. The Company is committed to continuously implementing and refining best practice GCG principles at all levels of the organization by establishing and completing its governance structures to drive business growth while considering Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects. This is believed to not only improve the Company's management processes and mechanisms but also enhance the implementation of sustainability principles going forward.
